In line with the Management of Health & Safety At Work Regulations 1999,
each organisation is required to have a designated 'Competent Person' to ensure that required standards and procedures are met.
We aim to provide all the benefits of having your own Health & Safety Manager, at greatly reduced cost.
EML will act as the 'Competent Person' for each required location.
